Set just a few hundred yards from the sea front, restaurants, pub and grocery shops, it is within two miles of a golf course. Bantry town is 3 miles away with cinema, leisure centre, and the beautifully situated Bantry House and Gardens, the venue for music festivals and performances. The exquisite setting of Glengarriff and Garnish Island Gardens is 7 miles, while Gougane Barra National Park is also close by. Explore the Mizen, Sheeps Head and Beara Peninsulas with their spectacular scenery and pretty villages. Walking and cycle routes, fishing and horse riding, archaeological sites, water sports and boat trips to offshore islands all available locally.
