Village location The original small 300 year old detached character cottage had two later extensions, the larger of which was used at different times as a bakehouse and a school room. The cottage was reconstructed in the 1960s, and refurbished in the 90s. Situated in a small village about one and a half miles from Minster Lovell which is half way between the picturesque town of Burford, with all its antique shops and busy Witney. Oxford, Cheltenham, Bath and Stratford upon Avon are all within easy reach. Shop, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge with sun terrace, kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 twin bedroom. First floor: Bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin, 2 double bedrooms. Gas and electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, parking for 3 cars. One pet welcome. No smoking please. N.B This property has steep stairs.
