Four poster bed This attached, single storey cottage is a charming conversion of a former stable, with exposed beams and brickwork, is in a private location with uninterrupted views over the owner's farmland. Deer, rabbit and pheasant are regular visitors and there are plenty of off road walking opportunities in the surrounding countryside. There is also a fishing lake on the farm (extra charge). The Moated Manor House of Oxborough Hall is nearby whilst the Fens, Ely, Sandringham, the North Norfolk Coast, Norwich and the Broads are all an easy drive. The elegant Kings Lynn offers fine houses, two medieval churches, two medieval guildhalls, the famous 17th century Custom House, and a fascinating collection of secret courtyards and hidden alleyways. Shop 1.5 miles, pub with food 2 miles Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom with four poster bed.
