Having a balcony and an attractive garden, this cottage offers delightful views across the Conwy Valley and the mountains of Snowdonia. Enjoy rambling, cycle rides, golfing and fishing. Places of interest can be found at the famous Bodnant Gardens 3 miles away, Betws-y-Coed, in the Snowdonia National Park 10 miles, whilst Llandudno's renowned shops, restaurants, dry ski slopes and new theatre is within easy reach. Shop 600 yards, pub and restaurant 15 yards. Lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Storage heaters, all fuel and power included in rent July and August, by meter reading at end of stay September to June, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, video, radio, washer/dryer, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, on street parking.
