Close to the coast A charming cottage, built in the local style, well decorated and nicely furnished. Situated in the centre of the village, but only a few minutes from the coast, with its beaches, bird reserves and golf courses, all situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Within 15 minute journey time is the Sandringham Royal Estate, whilst a little further away are the old market towns of Kings Lynn and Fakenham and historic houses. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards. Lounge, kitchen/diner, conservatory, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Storage heaters, open fire in lounge (fuel not provided), all other fuel and power included in rent, bed linen included in rent, cot, colour TV, video, radio/cassette, washing machine, microwave, enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets. No smoking, please. Friday to Friday changeover day.
