Set on a 180 acre sheep farm, the cottage overlooks an unfenced pond and stream, with fields and woods beyond, there is stabling available and turnout and guests are invited to bring their own horses to the property (by arrangement with the owner and at cost). Marvellous walking and mountain biking direct from the property. The north coast is approx 5 miles, and there are lots of places to visit including Hestercombe Gardens, Coleridge's Cottage and West Somerset Steam Railway. Shop, pub and restaurant 2.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with toilet and basin, single folding bed in lounge. Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, video, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, payphone, shared lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
