Close to the old fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and the unspoilt beaches of Whitsand Bay it is ideally situated for water sports and country pursuits, also golf at Portwrinkle. The Torpoint ferry is 15 minutes' drive, here you can cross the River Tamar into the city of Plymouth and visit 'Drake's Hoe' or the Barbican where the Pilgrim Fathers set sail for America. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, 1 double bedroom, sofa bed in lounge. Under floor central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, microwave, lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
