Pretty cottage With beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces, two old baking ovens, stable door, and a refurbished sun room with access to the lounge, Forget-me-Not Cottage faces south and stands in its own grounds which are fenced. Situated alongside a quiet cul-de-sac country lane, this holiday cottage enjoys beautiful views and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside of the Welsh Borders. There are plenty of walks (the Offa's Dyke footpath and Hergest Ridge is close by), an abundance of wildlife and lots of attractions nearby including The Water-Break-its-Neck waterfall is just 3 miles away. The book shops of Hay-on-Wye are 14 miles and Hergest Croft gardens 5 miles. Elan Valley Dams, Small Breeds Farm Spaceguard Centre are also well worth a visit. Shops, restaurants and pubs 1.5 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, sun room. First floor: Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Night storage heaters, open fire in lounge, electricity by meter reading at end of stay, bed linen included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, garden, furniture, off road parking for 3 cars.
