Free coarse fishing/Games room Converted from redundant stables and milking buildings on a 200 acre dairy farm this cottage is `upside down' so that the living room on the first floor can take best advantage of the lovely views over farmland, woods and a coarse fishing lake. There is also 1 mile of trout fishing on the River Torridge running through the farm which is free to residents. Holidaymakers are welcome to walk over the farm, view the abundance of wildlife, watch the milking and help feed the calves, as well as enjoy a home-cooked evening meal at the farm if they so desire. The North Devon Coast is only 10 miles away, with sandy beaches, coves and superb coastal walks, whilst Exmoor and Dartmoor are both within easy driving distance. Why not visit the quaint old fishing village of Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor Gardens or Eden Project? Shop and pub with food 3 miles. Ground floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single, 1 adult bunk. First floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner. Electric heating, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), electricity included in rent May to September, initial £5 of electricity included October to April, remainder by meter reading at end of stay, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, shared laundry facilities (chargeable), microwave, shared lawned garden, off road parking for 2 cars.
