Peaceful location This spacious detached cottage is at the end of a farm drive and set away from the main farm activities, in a very peaceful location. As all rooms are on the ground floor this makes a good base for families with young children or elderly guests. Only half a mile from the A1 giving good road access, Edinburgh is less than an hour's drive and there a cafe within 1 mile. There are beaches at Coldingham and Eyemouth and a nature reserve at St Abbs. The Southern Upland Way is within 2 miles and the rest of the eastern Borders and Northumberland are within easy driving distance. Shop 10 miles and pub 1 mile. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms; 1 double, 1 twin. Electric heating, gas included in rent, initial £5 of electricity included in rent, remainder by meter reading at end of stay, bed linen included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, video, washing machine, freezer, microwave, garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars.
