Private swimming pool Dordogne As you approach the property you will see black metal gates and a large conifer hedge, the very pleasant surprise is what you see when you enter the grounds, an impressive modern detached villa, larger than average (12m x 6m) private swimming pool and extensive private gardens, mainly lawned with mature trees and shrubs. Inside the separate kitchen, lounge, dining room, and 2nd lounge area on the mezzanine provide ample space and privacy for the maximum number of guests to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The village of Le Fleix, with local shops and a café bar is approximately 2 km, for a wide range of shops and restaurants the busy market town of St Foy la Grande is approximately 7 km. For the occasional day out you can visit the old town and port of Bergerac (approximately 25km), the world famous wine producing area of St Emilion (approximately 40km) for the more adventurous Bordeaux and the beaches of Arcachon are approximately 80 and 130km respectively. Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km.
