Situated on the banks of the River Sarthe Maine et Loire On the banks of the River Sarthe with its lock close by, this very attractive first floor apartment, once a boat house, is a must for fishing enthusiasts. From the raised terrace you can enjoy the peaceful position looking out over the river or relax in your own private garden. Although situated above the owners home, there is plenty of privacy. Close by are three golf courses (within 30km), and many tourist attractions. The Loire Valley offers chateaux, abbeys, vineyards and historic towns, including Anger, Sablé, Saumur and Chinon. Shop 3km, café/bar and restaurant 9km. All on first floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, utility room, shower room with basin, separate toilet, 2 double bedrooms, 1 plus childs single folding bed. Electric central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, ?30 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, DVD player, cassette/CD player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars.
