Shared swimming pool & toddler's pool Second floor apartment for 2/4 Located in a very well maintained residence close to the famous `Promenade des Anglais' and the beach, this well equipped apartment has a balcony ideal for dining al-fresco overlooking the attractive large lawned gardens, complete with palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs. The residence has a half size Olympic pool for the swimming enthusiasts and also a nice size toddler's pool. The beach, numerous shops and restaurants await at only 300m. If lazing around the pool or on the beach is not the order of the day, there are many things to do in this lively city and the list of day excursions within short distances is most impressive. Head west along the beautiful scenic coast road to discover Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Saint Raphaël, Sainte Maxime and of course Saint Tropez. Eastbound along maybe an even more stunning coastal road are Monaco, Mont-Carlo and the Italian border. Although the temptation is to stay with the sea in view, a trip inland to Grasse, St. Paul and Vence is certainly recommended. Shop and restaurant 0.25km, café/bar 0.1km, beach 0.3km.
