Private outdoor swimming pool (May-Oct) Dordogne The carefully and thoughtfully renovated farmhouse is situated in the tiny hamlet of St. Julien-de-Crempse so guests are assured peace and tranquillity. Internally many of the original features have been retained including stonewalls, oak beams and original staircase. These are combined with modern appliances and furnishings. The private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.5m) is less than 10 metres from the property. French doors from the main living area open directly onto a slightly elevated terrace area that provides a great place to enjoy the sunshine and supervise the children in the pool. At the opposite end of the pool there is a covered terrace, ideal for barbecues and eating al-fresco. The historic town of Bergerac and the Dordogne valley are less than 20km south. Shop, café/bar and restaurant 4km. Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, bidet, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and basin. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Gas central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, radio/cassette/CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars.
