Suprisingly spacious, it is warm and cosy, well furnished and equipped to a good standard, providing a haven of peace and quiet. It has its own lawned garden and is set in spacious grounds with children's play area and tennis court. There is excellent walking from the door in the foothills of the Eastern Lake District. Penrith is 11 miles and popular Kendal 16 miles, with its unique blend of history, culture and shopping. There are attractions for all ages, fascinating museums, modern and historic art and leisure facilities. Shopping is diverse and the town well known for its quality independent specialist shops. Shops and pubs with food 1 mile. Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Storage heaters, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, dishwasher, microwave, lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
