Bouches-du-Rhône This rustic house, set within the owners grounds but with its own private garden area, which enjoys breathtaking views over the Berre Lagoon and shared use of a large swimming pool. Located between the two pretty villages of St. Chamas, unique by being dominated by a small triple arched aqueduct and the medieval village of Miramas le Vieux. Day excursions could include Marseille where over 26 centuries of history have contributed to making it the oldest of the great French cities. Salon de Provence, Arles, St. Remy de Provence, gateway to the Alpilles, a town which symbolises beautifully the essence of Provence. Whilst in the area a trip to the Camargue is an absolute must, one of the most original and romantic regions of France, together with a visit to its very pretty seaside resort of Saintes Maries de la Mer. The beaches await visitors only 20 km away. Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2.5 miles. Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet and basin, 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite corner bath with toilet and basin.
