Shared swimming pool/Close to beach Alpes-Maritimes This first floor apartment is situated in a luxury residence only 200m from the sea and beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer, a pretty former fishing village which has become a favourite resort on the Riviera. There is a shared swimming pool for the residents or if you prefer, take advantage of the beach lined with interesting shops and restaurants. Conveniently situated close to Nice airport, it is not necessary to have a car as all public transport is close by and has excellent facilities. Visits to Nice, the capital of the Riviera, its Promenade des Anglais, old town and a multitude of museums provide enjoyable excursions. Pay a visit to the old village of Cagnes, Les Hauts de Cagnes, where one can enjoy a panoramic view, see the old castle and enjoy one of the numerous restaurants. Shop 400m, café/bar and restaurant 300m, beach 200m. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower room with bidet, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 child's bunk, sofa bed in lounge.
