Explore the `Route Napoleon,' which starts at Golfe Juan and continues behind Grasse towards Digne-les-Bains through exceptional countryside into the Alps of the Haute Provence. From Nice there is a little train which travels to Digne, which is fun for the kids, there is also a train station giving easy access to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The beaches of Cannes are easily accessible, long stretches of sandy beaches opposite the Islands of Lérins. Shop 600m, café/bar and restaurant 500m, beach 7km.
