It has an open plan living area with fitted kitchen and French windows onto a south facing enclosed garden and terrace. St Marc has a wide variety of shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as its lovely beaches, which include the very pretty Plage de Monsieur Hulot. The village is well placed, with the lovely Pornichet and the long fine sands and jet set resort of La Baule just next door. Shop and café/bar 0.6km, restaurant 0.5km, beach 0.8km.
