Shared swimming pool. Ground floor studio for 2. This pleasant studio is located on the outskirts of the famous perfume town of Grasse. The studio has been converted from the ground floor of the owners villa, which sits within a large, well maintained enclosed garden. The interior is decorated in simple, traditional style with some interesting pieces of local antique furniture. To the front of the studio is a sun terrace, which looks onto the garden area and has superb views towards the hills and the coastline. The property shares use of a 12 metre swimming pool surrounded by lawned terraces with plenty of room for sunbathing. Grasse has a delightful old town with some interesting shops and a lovely flower market. Art enthusiasts should not miss a visit to St. Paul-de-Vence, home to world famous restaurants and many galleries. You can wander at leisure through the ancient alleyways or just watch the boules players at the Café de la Place. For a day at the coast, visit Antibes, which has an elegant town centre and a stunning harbour filled with luxury yachts. There is an excellent market selling local produce and many craft shops and boutiques selling local paintings and pottery. Shop, café/bar and restaurant 3km.
