As well as the woodburner in the lounge, each room is heated and there is a fitted kitchen, the lounge opens onto the terrace and beyond there the town centre is within walking distance. There is a market in the town and it is also handy for shopping, with the fishing centre of Pescalis, Fontenay, Niort, Marais Poitevin and a swimming lake (8km) all within driving distance. Shops, café/bars and restaurants 550 yards (500m). Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath and basin, 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin.
