The wooden above ground swimming pool is ideal for children in the warm weather and table tennis will keep them occupied. The property has original features dating well over a hundred years old with beamed ceilings, original stone walls and a large kitchen and woodburner in the living area. A bright conservatory with large bay doors opens onto the garden, providing a delightful extra living area and cool shade in the summer under the vine covered pergola. Situated close to the 'Grand Corniche' the property has access to Nice in one direction and Villefrance-sur-Mer and Monaco in the other. Shop, café/bar 2.25 miles (3.5km), restaurant 1.25 miles (2km) and beach 4.5 miles (7km). Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, shower room with toilet and basin.
