Grasse, renowned for its perfume industry, has two large factories enabling visitors to create their own fragrances. Excursions above Grasse, lead onto the Route Napoléon, a road with wonderful scenery taking one as far as the mountains of the Hautes-Alpes-de-Provence. Shops, café/bar, restaurant 1 mile (1.7km), beach 9 miles (15km).
