In a lovely valley. Seine-Maritime "La Garenne" is a half-timbered, detached holiday cottage set in a beautiful valley, backed by wooded countryside and overlooking the fields and nearby river Saâne. This single storey property combines the benefits of a modern house with the charm of a country cottage. Ideal for bird watching, cycling and walking. The property is located at the edge of a footpath/bridleway half-way along the route from the source of the River Saâne to the sea. Dieppe with its old streets and fish restaurants is 30km. Rouen (40km), has a restored old centre with a gothic cathedral and pleasant streets. Golf, fishing and tennis available locally. There are also cycle routes to the sea. Shops, café/bar, restaurant 1km, beach 20km. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, 2 double bedrooms; 1 plus single bed. Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent June to Sept, by meter reading at end of stay Oct to May, cot, highchair, colour TV (for video and DVD use only), video, DVD player, radio/cassette player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue; off road parking for 1 car. One small pet welcome.
