Whilst Agnes' Cottage (UPV) stands within traditional rows, and Lime Tree Cottage (UGB) stands alone, both near the farm steading, Berryhill House (SFFG) stands in its own grounds within the farm, 5 minutes from the steading. All three charming properties boast their own secluded, enclosed gardens and enjoy use of a well-equipped children's play area. An ideal base from which to explore with Edinburgh only a 45-minute drive away. Walker and wildlife enthusiasts may explore the 1,200-acre farm and woodland with way-marked walks; an observation hut offers bird-watching (ducks and geese) from the grounds.
