A pretty country house with private pool, in a superb location just outside the small village of Grutti. 'La Ginestra' stands in its own grounds, with lovely country views. A long covered terrace runs the length of the house, while in the neat garden the land slopes down (quite steeply) to a pergola with built-in barbecue. Inside, the house is welcoming and comfortable. The delightful living room has a pretty dining area with a hand-made marble dining table; through an exposed brick arch is a very well-equipped kitchen area. Upstairs there are three pleasant bedrooms, all nicely furnished and with lovely views. Todi, one of Italy's most picturesque hilltop towns, is a short drive from the property; restaurants and bars surround its famous medieval piazza. If requested in advance, the owner will be happy to cook you traditional Umbrian dishes. Ground Floor: Living/dining room with double sofa-bed. Kitchen with French doors. Separate toilet.
