In an old hilltop borgo this cottage has beautiful views and is a good location for exploring Umbria. Privately owned, this borgo is very secluded. US020 is on the other side of the borgo but is completely independent from Casa Rosmarino. The owners occasionally use another property next to US020 during the summer. Just 15 minutes from Spoleto. High, old stone steps to ground floor: Kitchen. Twin bedroom. Separate toilet. First Floor: Living/dining room. Double bedroom. Bathroom with hand-held shower over bath and toilet.
