The house has the region's typical criss-crossed brickwork, which allows a welcome flow of air in the hot summer months. Groups will appreciate the independent annexe, which would be ideal for grandparents or teenagers valuing a certain degree of privacy. Siena, with its famous Piazza del Campo and colourful and very competitive twice yearly Palio horse race, is nearby. Florence has lots of narrow streets, squares and hidden buildings to explore.
