Gentle Tuscan views fill the surrounding, undulating landscape at this charmingly restored farmhouse, immersed in acres of sloping lawns and the estate's vineyard. The large 19th century farmhouse overlooks the main brick house of this sunflower, wheat and wine producing estate. Divided into 3 delightful apartments, each with private entrance and outside sitting area, the vernacular integrity of the interiors has been retained: terracotta floors, thick ceiling beams and brick arches fill each property. Il Cipresso is on the first floor and features a small covered patio. Il Noce has its own lawn area for sitting and relaxing, whilst Carubbe is tucked away at one end of the farmhouse with its own covered patio and garden area. The main farmhouse is in the middle of the estate (with 6 apartments). There is a large estate-shared swimming pool and a children's play area.
