This very pretty, detached cottage overlooking a lake and its substantial garden, is set in the grounds of the owners' home, with use of an outdoor heated swimming-pool. A tranquil setting, surrounded by 30 acres of shared fields and woodland grounds, with two lakes which are home to wildfowl and course fish. The East Sussex National Golf course, Glyndebourne Opera House and Bluebell Railway are close by. The historic towns of Tunbridge Wells, Lewes and Brighton as well as the South Coast seaside resorts are within easy reach. Beautiful walks nearby. Good riding on Ashdown Forest.
