Excellent location for walking, the Pennine Way passes within a little over a mile. Converted from outbuildings in the grounds surrounding the owner's Georgian Old Rectory, it provides convenient and comfortable accommodation. Hexham 11 miles. Hadrian's Wall, Alnwick Gardens, Kielder Water, Bamburgh Castle and the coast, and Scotland and the Lake District within easy reach. Shops and pubs 1/2 mile.
