This charming detached cottage has a pretty, enclosed garden overlooking farmland. Ideally situated on the edge of Arundel, about 1/4 mile from the castle, wildfowl reserve and river (boat hire). Travel to Littlehampton, 5 miles, and relax on the beach, go to the Roman Villa, play 9-hole golf, or enjoy the facilities of the public leisure centre. Within a 10mile drive are Goodwood House and an 18-hole golf course at Goodwood, and Petworth House and Park (NT), which has a fine collection of famous paintings, in addition to its 700 acre deer park.
