Adjoining another property on Marine Parade, it overlooks the beach, making it ideal for a family seaside holiday. Memories are to be made in this very unique and unspoilt part of North Devon; water sports, sailing, fishing, golf and riding can all be enjoyed locally, with scenic walking and cycling along the original coastal railway, now forming part of the famous `Tarka Trail'. Bideford, Barnstaple and Westward Ho! offer their own blend of attractions close by, while just yards from the house are two excellent restaurants specialising in seafood and offering fine views across the bay towards Appledore.
