These two delightful barn conversions (HEEX The Garden Barn and HWP Higher Broadaford Barn) are beautifully situated close to Dartmoor National Park. The Garden Barn is a cosy holiday cottage with a romantic feel. With stunning stonework, this property's interior has a cosy, yet contemporary feel with its mixture of original beams, oak floors, granite lintels, leather dining chairs and modern kitchen. The bedrooms are warmly furnished with sumptuous fabrics in warm colours. It has its own Mediterranean-style sunken patio garden. With uninterrupted rural views, Higher Broadaford Barn has been tastefully and lovingly restored to a very high standard, boasting some unique features. Mothecombe (6 miles) has a superb sandy beach, and Plymouth's Aquarium, Mayflower Steps at the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe are all just a short drive away. Totnes, a handsome market town, is easily reached and cruises can be taken to Dartmouth during the summer months.
