Equidistant from both of Cornwall's spectacular coastlines and nestling in delightful woodland, these thoughtfully converted barns are set in sunny, pleasantly landscaped gardens, each with its own patio. Peacefully positioned on a private drive beyond the owner's home, they enjoy fine views across the valley towards National Trust Lanhydrock House and its formal gardens. Beaches of both the north and south coasts are about 15 miles away, some popular and offering fishing, sailing and surfing, others small and secluded; the coastal path is a continuous drama of cliff and sea and sky. There is excellent walking from the doorstep in Cardinham Woods and the surrounding area. Restormel Castle and Lostwithiel, both 4 miles. Bodmin (3 miles) has shops, cycle hire, swimming-pool, sports centre, inns, restaurants and golf. Riding locally. Wadebridge and Camel Trail cycle hire 7 miles.
