The cottage is tucked away within the enclosed grounds of the owner''s private villa, but not overlooked and is peaceful and secluded. It is opposite a golf course, and a tennis club with pool (public entrance) is a short drive away. It is situated between the old village of Opio and the bustling town of Grasse, and therefore tranquillity, pavement cafs and perfumeries are all easily accessible. There are sandy and pebble beaches within a 20 minute drive. A bus route is also within walking distance. The historic towns of Nice, Cannes and Antibes are within easy distance for livelier atmospheres and there are many little villages nearby holding fruit, vegetable and antique markets.
