Villa Beauregard is set on a private enclosed domaine, at the end of a small cul-de-sac. Occupying an elevated position, from which it cannot be overlooked, it has fine views over verdant forest towards the Gorge du Loup. This spacious modern house has been furnished and equipped to a good standard, with a spacious interior featuring French windows, which open out onto the terrace and private pool area, set in neat, mature gardens. It also benefits from shared use of the large pool and tennis courts on the domaine. The nearby village of Valbonne has a central square with pavement cafés set under shady arches, and cobbled alleyways lined with boutiques and restaurants.
