At the end of a quiet lane in a residential area, Les Roques is the ground floor of the owner's beautiful house and there are lovely open views from the terrace and pool side. The self-contained apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated and there is a covered terrace with dining furniture, barbecue and comfortable armchairs. The lovely pool has a jacuzzi corner with turbo jets and wide sunbathing terraces with sun loungers. Near the little village of La Roquette-sur-Siagne for all local facilities and just 5km away from the perched hilltop village of Mougins, famous for its wide choice of gourmet restaurants and quaint old alleyways, Les Roques is not far from the coastal resorts of Cannes, Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. A drive along the stunning `Corniche de l'Esterel' between La Napoule and St Raphaël or a boat trip to the Isles des Lerins should not be missed.
