Adjoining another property, it is situated just outside the pretty Georgian market town of Holt, within walking distance of shops, cafés and restaurants, and it is just a few minutes' drive to the North Norfolk coastline with its sandy beaches and RSPB nature reserves. Worth a visit is a trip on the steam railway - passing through unspoilt countryside and visiting pretty, rural villages.
