Skilfully converted to form two self catering apartments, boasting fabulous panoramic views, adjacent to the owners' wing. Set amidst rolling hillsides in an unspoilt hamlet, only 300 yards from steps leading down to the sandy beach, with its intriguing red sand. Torquay, 4 miles, for theatres, night-life, leisure centre, shops, sailing, windsurfing and boat trips. Shaldon, 2 miles, has a Wildlife Trust, pitch `n' putt green and `The Ness', a red headland complete with a smuggler's tunnel. Shop 1½ miles, pub 160 yards.
