Lying at the heart of the village, it is within walking distance of pubs, shop, and train station - with access to historic Norwich with its cafés, restaurants, theatre and array of shops. The resort of Great Yarmouth has a wide sandy beach and family seaside entertainment, whilst within a mile lies an animal and adventure park. Fishing and daily boat hire locally.
