Great Yarmouth is easily accessible by car or train as are the surrounding seaside towns and villages of Gorleston-on-Sea, Hemsby, Caister on Sea, Winterton, California, Newport and Hopton-on-Sea, all offering entertainment for a family holiday. The pretty Broadland villages and countryside. RSPB reserve at Strumpshaw Fen, 3 miles. Norfolks finest sandy beaches, 12 miles. The fine city of Norwich, 8 miles, with its excellent shopping, theatre, restaurants, inns, cafes, castle and museum. For fun-filled family days out there is Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens with a renowned collection of Asian mammals including birds, you will also find reptiles in the pleasantly landscaped gardens. Close by village of Strumpsham has a steam museum and Reedham offers Pettitts Animal Adventure Park.
