Use of swimming pool Farm animals to enjoy Children's play areas Set in 40-acres of farm and woodland are two converted barns (six in total). Designed with families in mind, guests are encouraged to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of this farm with all it has to offer. Firstly, enjoy the farmland where you will find ponies, donkeys, cows, goats, pigs, ducks and more, the animals love to be fed. Next comes the countryside activities and included in the price are rowing boats, mountain bikes, football, badminton, skittles, a putting green, and croquet. For the younger guests there are swings and slides, trampolines, a giant sand pit, a covered barn with pedal tractors, scooters, trikes, table tennis and snooker and a big 'bale' play area. At an additional charge you can ride the ponies (lead rein only) or try your hand at quad biking (junior bikes only), there is also a heated indoor swimming pool that can be hired for exclusive use by guests. There is so much to see and do with all the Cotswolds to explore, Burford is just 9 miles and Oxford, 25 miles. If water activities appeal to you, then the Cotswold Water Park is within easy reach with sailing, windsurfing, jet ski-ing and even a lakeside beach. Fishing and golf available locally. The activities of the farm are available for guests between 10am and 6pm when the farm is open to the public. Lechlade itself is a charming town with a choice of good pubs and shops. Ground floor: Open plan beamed lounge/dining room/kitchen with vaulted ceiling & beams, bathroom with shower attachment, toilet & basin, 1 bunk room with additional single bed. Ladder-style stairs to first floor: 2 galleried mezzanines with very low sloping ceilings - 1 double, 1 single. Services for both properties: Elec radiators.
