Walks direct from the door, leading to nearby Tilberthwaite, Langdale Valley and The Old Man of Coniston. In a peacful remote area, 11/2 mile up a lane from the road to Coniston, which is within easy reach, 3 miles, of the village with a 16th-century church. Sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, horse riding and mountain biking close by. Shops and pubs 3 miles. Ground floor: Lounge, well equipped kitchen/diner with slate floor. First floor: 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 bunk, bathroom with shower over bath & toilet. Second floor: 1 double bedroom with cot.
