Close to the rail station, post office, mini-market, chemist and hairdressers. Ideal for river fishing (rowing dinghy included) or for touring the pretty Broadland villages and countryside and the Norfolk Coast. The beautiful city of Norwich, about 8 miles, is accessible by train or car. The comfortable sitting rooms open onto a south-facing verandah and lawn, complete with patio furniture. Adjacent to a Marina, where an interesting variety of boats can be seen coming and going. Also, Brundall is a centre for boat building and boat hire for the Norfolk Broads, so there is much of interest to be observed and enjoyed in the area. As the properties are on a small private road their location is quiet and peaceful. Pub and restaurant within easy walking distance.
