These three cottages are on an unspoilt, traditional farm on the edge of Dilham in Broadland. Explore Dilham Islands, a Victorian Folly on the farm. Children will love the lambs in spring, the Highland cattle, and Hamish and Rikki the pygmy goats. At Wroxham, 6 miles, you can hire a day-boat and potter about on the Broads. The coast is 5 miles, with beautiful sandy beaches. At Cromer you can try the famous crabs, visit the pier and Lifeboat Museum. Just along the coast is Sheringham with a tropical swimming pool, steam train rides to Holt. NT parks at Sheringham, Blickling and Felbrigg. Ideal walks, bird watching and cycling throughout the local area and the Norfolk Coast. Visit the Shire Horse Centre, with demonstrations of traditional ploughing or ride in a horse drawn cart around the village. Visit the Muckleburgh war museum for a ride in a tank. Fish on the North Walsham-Dilham Canal, 1 mile, play golf on the several local courses. Enjoy a day out in Norwich home of Delia's Canaries with its famous cathedral, castle, historic centre and open market, 12 miles. North Walsham, 5 miles with its swimming pool. The three single-storey cottages face south across a large grassed area with a secure children's play area, and each has its own patio. There is a good choice of excellent pubs and restaurants.
