Views of the sea and cove below can be enjoyed from the lounge. Take the footpath from the farmyard, through fields and wooded valley to Crackington beach with it's pub, cafe and rugged coast about 1 mile away. The pleasant town of Bude with a good range of shops and a leisure complex is about 20 minutes drive and to the south the quaint harbour village of Boscastle. Shop 1 mile, pub ½ mile. First floor: Open plan lounge with dining & kitchen area, bathroom with toilet, 1 double with basin. Services: CH run from the owner's house during the winter. Elec fires & heaters.
