In a picturesque hamlet, close to the owners' house, it stands overlooking its own private courtyard, with fields beyond. Only 5 miles from the M5 and close to both Taunton and Bridgwater, it makes an ideal base for exploring Exmoor, the Quantocks, and both the north and south coasts. Outstanding gardens, boat trips and fishing locally. Golf, riding and shop all within 1¾ miles, pub ¼ mile. Ground floor: Spacious lounge open to rafters, dining conservatory with far reaching rural views, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate toilet with basin.
