This attractive detached cottage in 21/2 acres of gardens and fields adjoins open moorland in a peaceful rural setting at the edge of the small village of Pensilva, close to Caradon Hill, between Liskeard and Callington. It features a beautiful slate flagged kitchen and beamed ceilings throughout with exposed stonework and is fully equipped as a second home. It makes an ideal base for a family who wish to walk, ride, coarse fish in the local Siblyback reservoir or golf at St. Mellion, with Polperro, Looe and Plymouth all within easy striking distance. The rugged coastline and golden beaches of both the north and south coasts are easily reached. Liskeard, with its variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure centre is nearby. Close to Bodmin Moor for breathtaking walks, and the fabulous Eden Project, where the biodomes house all manner of exotic plantlife. The Camel Trail cycle path runs from Bodmin to Padstow, ideal for cycling or walking. Shop 1/4 mile, pub 1/2 mile.
