Facing south, set high in the hills overlooking open moorland and a picturesque valley, this detached shooting lodge is 1 mile along a shared private road and close to housekeepers cottage but is nevertheless within approx 10 miles of the many amenities of both Ripon and Harrogate. The lodge has comfortable furnishings, including some antiques. Shop and pub approx 2 miles. Ground floor: Dining lounge, breakfast kitchen, larder, cloakroom with separate toilet & basin, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite 3-piece bathroom. First floor: 2 twin bedrooms, both with en-suite 3-piece bathrooms. Services: Open fire. Full OFCH & all elec inc. Fuel for fire at cost. Elec fire. Parking for 3 cars (max). Cot. Payphone. D/washer.
